How to measure my mosque for the new carpeting?

How to measure my mosque for the new carpeting?

At Mosque Carpet USA, we make mosque carpet planning simple and stress-free. You can always contact us if you need help with mosque carpet measurements, layout planning, or ordering guidance. Our team is here to support you at every step of your project.

Measuring your mosque or masjid is very easy. For religious spaces, we recommend using feet only. If a wall measures 18 feet 3 inches, simply write 18 feet. Do not worry about the extra inches. This method makes planning faster and more accurate for mosque installations.

Start by measuring the width and length of your space.
For example, if the width is 30 feet and the length is 50 feet, your total area is:
30 × 50 = 1,500 square feet.

Next, adjust your order based on the Qibla direction, which affects cutting and alignment waste during installation.

If the Qibla faces directly toward the wall with no angle, add 10% waste.
Your order would be: 1,500 × 1.10 = 1,650 sq ft.

If the Qibla is slightly angled, add 25% waste.
Your order would be: 1,500 × 1.25 = 1,875 sq ft.

If the Qibla faces toward the corner, add 35% waste.
Your order would be: 1,500 × 1.35 = 2,025 sq ft.

For homes or offices where the Qibla is angled toward the corner, we recommend adding up to 40% to avoid shortages and installation delays.

Do not hesitate to call or text us at any time. We are here to help with measurements, quantities, layouts, and planning. Our team will guide you on exactly how much carpet to order, so your mosque carpeting project is completed smoothly, accurately, and without hassle.

With Mosque Carpet USA, you receive expert guidance, clear planning, and trusted support from start to finish.
