Order Placement & Payment Authorization
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that all order details are accurate and complete. You authorize MosqueCarpetUSA to charge your selected payment method for the full purchase amount, including applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees.
Once an order is placed, it is entered into our processing system and may begin preparation immediately.
Order Cancellation Policy
Standard Products
Orders for standard, non-custom products may be eligible for cancellation only if the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, you must contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and are subject to approval.
Custom, Made-to-Order & Freight Items
Orders that include custom-made, cut-to-order, oversized, wall-to-wall carpet rolls, portable prayer runners, or freight-delivered items cannot be canceled once production, cutting, or shipping preparation has begun.
These items are considered final sale due to their custom nature and logistical handling.
Subscription or Recurring Purchase Options (If Applicable)
If your purchase includes a subscription or recurring delivery option, you may manage, pause, or cancel future shipments through your customer account or by contacting customer support before the next billing cycle.
Charges processed before cancellation requests are non-refundable.
Refunds for Approved Cancellations
If a cancellation request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Please allow 7–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any order concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Chargebacks filed for orders that are clearly marked as non-cancelable, custom, freight-delivered, or final sale will be fully contested using order records, delivery confirmations, and posted policies.
