Refund and Return Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. Please review our Refund and Return Policy carefully before placing your order.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through our Contact Us page.

You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return. Return requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

• Wall-to-wall prayer carpet rolls (8.2 ft wide and 4.1 ft wide)

• Wooden items, including Mihrab, Minbar, and Minbar stairs

• Ceramic tiles

• Lights and chandeliers

• Portable prayer runners

• Final sale and closeout items

 

Items Eligible for Return

The following items may be returned if they meet all eligibility requirements:

• Islamic arts

• Single prayer mats

• Framed Islamic picture art

 

Refund Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return and refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as originally received

• The item must be returned in its original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

 

Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

If you prefer, we can provide a discounted return shipping label. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed.
