SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS, CUSTOM ORDERS & FINAL SALE

Certain products are custom-made, cut-to-order, oversized, or freight-delivered, including wall-to-wall carpets, large rolls, and portable prayer runners.

These items are final sale and non-returnable once production or shipment has begun, except where required by law.

You acknowledge that variations in color, texture, pattern scale, or finish may occur due to manufacturing processes, lighting, or screen displays. Such variations do not constitute defects and are not grounds for refunds, disputes, or chargebacks.

We do not guarantee products will meet subjective expectations.

SECTION 6 – ORDER ACCEPTANCE, BILLING & FRAUD PREVENTION

All orders are subject to acceptance and verification at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse orders suspected of fraud

  • Require identity or payment verification

  • Limit quantities or cancel reseller orders

  • Refuse service to customers with a history of chargebacks

If an order is canceled, refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Chargebacks filed for items clearly disclosed as non-returnable, custom, freight-delivered, or final sale will be fully contested.

You acknowledge that the following constitute valid dispute evidence:

  • Order confirmations

  • Shipping and freight records

  • Delivery confirmation or signatures

  • Product descriptions and policies

  • These Terms of Service

Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension and refusal of future service.

SECTION 8 – SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK OF LOSS

Orders ship within one business day unless otherwise stated.

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss and title pass to the customer, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

For freight deliveries:

  • Curbside delivery only

  • Inside delivery and unloading are the customer’s responsibility

  • Missed or refused deliveries may result in storage or re-delivery fees

Carrier delays, weather issues, or logistical disruptions do not constitute grounds for refunds or chargebacks.

SECTION 9 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” without warranties or endorsements. Use is at your own risk.
