Shipping & Delivery Information
We ship all orders within one business day after payment is successfully completed.
Please note that customers are responsible for inside delivery for all items, regardless of order size.
Small Order Delivery
Small items are shipped via FedEx or UPS. The carrier will deliver your order to the front of your home or building.
Customers are responsible for bringing the items inside upon delivery.
Many small items qualify for free shipping. Products eligible for free shipping are clearly noted in the product description.
Large Order Delivery
Due to rising transportation and fuel costs caused by inflation and current economic conditions, shipping rates may fluctuate and are beyond our control. To help offset these costs, we do our best to offer competitive product pricing so you can save overall.
If you wish, you may contact us before placing your order, and we will re-check current freight rates to see if a lower shipping option is available.
Shipping Costs for Large Orders
For large carpet rolls, we work with the most affordable and efficient freight trucking companies available.

If the actual shipping cost is less than what you paid at checkout, the difference will be refunded to you.

If the actual shipping cost is higher, you will not be charged any additional fees. We will cover the extra cost.
Receiving Your Order
The freight carrier will contact you prior to delivery to schedule a drop-off time.
Please be prepared to receive your order. Drivers do not unload carpet rolls, and inside delivery is the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend having a dolly ready before delivery. Carpet rolls can be slid off the truck, placed onto the dolly at the center of the roll, and moved inside safely. You will typically need 4 to 5 people to assist with unloading.
Please do not reschedule the delivery, as holding or delaying freight may result in additional charges of $175 per day, which will be the customer’s responsibility.
