Shipping & Handling Rates
We process and ship all orders within one business day after payment is successfully completed, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.
Customers are responsible for inside delivery for all items ordered.
Small Order Delivery
Small items are shipped via FedEx or UPS. The carrier will deliver your order to the front of your home or building.
Customers are responsible for bringing the items inside upon delivery.
Many small items qualify for free shipping. Products eligible for free shipping are clearly stated in the individual product descriptions.
Large Order (Freight) Delivery
Due to rising transportation and fuel costs, freight shipping rates may fluctuate and are beyond our direct control. To help offset these costs, we strive to keep product pricing competitive so you can save overall.
If you would like to confirm freight pricing before placing your order, please contact us. We are happy to re-check current rates and may be able to secure a lower shipping cost.
Freight Shipping Cost
For large carpet rolls, we work with reliable and affordable freight trucking companies.

If the actual freight cost is lower than what you paid at checkout, the difference will be refunded.

If the actual freight cost is higher, you will not be charged extra. We cover the additional cost.
Receiving Your Freight Order
The freight carrier will contact you before delivery to schedule arrival.
Please be prepared to receive your order. Drivers do not unload carpet rolls, and inside delivery is the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend having:

4 to 5 people available to assist
Carpet rolls can be slid off the truck, placed on a dolly at the center, and moved safely inside.
⚠️ Please do not reschedule the delivery. Holding or delaying freight may result in additional charges of $175 per day, which will be the customer’s responsibility.
